STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION AND PROGRAMME SUPPORT
USPG supports the strategy implementation programme serving the three dioceses that make up the Church of Bangladesh: the Diocese of Dhaka, the Diocese of Kushtia and the Diocese of Barisal.
The programme involves a five-year strategic plan devised through research, data analysis, discussion groups and workshops. It will enable the Church of Bangladesh to identify gaps and find a means of achieving sustainability, including the use of local resources, to continue its mission and allow the potential for expansion.
