'I Can't Breathe'
On 22 July 2020, more than 100 USPG supporters joined us for our third Partners in Global Mission Webinar. Titled 'I can’t breathe', the webinar focused on the Church’s response to issues of race, in light of the recent murder of George Floyd in the USA and the rise to prominence of the Black Lives Matter movement.
The webinar was chaired by Rachel Parry, USPG’s Director of Global Relations. The speakers were Professor Esther Mombo from St Paul’s University, Kenya, and Dr Paulo Ueti from the Anglican Alliance in Brazil.
